Yes, depending on the circumstances. Transport, delivery and pick up is prepaid.
Yes we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Our cabins come on Trailers or skids depending on your order. They can be place on the ground, foundation blocks or may need some site works on steeper sections. This is very simple most of the time.
Power: All units come with a 15 metre 16amp caravan electrical lead for connection to your existing power source. Longer leads are easily accommodated for and upgraded to 32amp is also available.
Water: At Nifty Cabins we know the importance of clean water. This is why we provide you with a new hose for water supply to ensure the water is clean for you.
Wastewater: There are 2 options with Wastewater.
8.4m x 3m or 10.6m x 3m. Having lived in a 6m x 3m with a whole family we know from experience. You need space for all your belongings to and the cost to the larger is worth it for renting or buying.
It all depends on what building design you want. Every council has different rules which we have a general idea on, what you can and can’t do. Give us a call as it is a grey area with councils. Nifty will find a way!
